You don't need to weigh in on everything.
This isn’t intended as an attack - but couldn’t this argument be extended to an argument against voting? (Low impact, requires complicated policy knowledge, etc.)
Some people do think that, and I don't think abstaining from voting because you feel too ignorant is an insane position to take.
I still vote because there a few issues I think are enormously consequential (factory farming, mainly) that have more obvious correct answers
